Lazy Friday Supper
12 Answers
Due to the complex logistics of guests this evening we are having a takeaway Indian meal and freezing what isn't required. I have been perusing the menu trying to second guess others likes and dislikes and given up. I will order a Madras for myself as I don't recall ever having one and maybe a brinjal or bhindi bhajee with rice and naan. The guests will get whatever we like and may have to eat if they don't turn up in time. Starters are again whatever can be frozen and what we like.
Whatever you are tucking into this evening I hope you enjoy it and if you have guests they are easier to accommodate than mine!

Decades probably. And no Chinese curry for even longer. So I broke the diet today and bought a prawn curry and mushroom rice. Had half for lunch, and intend to have the other half for my evening meal. (I note that they've stopped giving complimentary prawn crackers.)
