I have been on the road most of the day and only just got home from my brothers, where I had a delicious Xmas Lunch, so I had no alcohol whatsoever.

But I have returned home with 2 x bottles of Glenfiddich 12 year old, 1 x bottle of Lagavulin 16 years old, and 1 bottle of home made Sloe Gin, so I am guessing that I shall pouring myself a dram or two at 19:02 !

That Lagavulin is about as smokey and peaty as its possible to get....even more so than Laphroaig, so a little goes a long way Nailit !

Mikey, don't know about the Lagavulin or Sloe gin but when I was in my 20's I shared a bottle of Glenfiddich at a friend house and woke up early hours of the morning in someones hedge. Never touched whisky since.
