Good Morning Early Birds!

Friday. Yesterday turned out out sunny, but chilly. Today looks much the same, although we are told to expect snow today. We shall see.

I'm out to lunch today. We're going to The Anchor at Oldbury on Severn. It's one of my favourite eateries.

I checked on Tiggy yesterday. He's still tucked up and sound asleep. I don't want him waking up too soon.

Afternoon seekz. xxx That's a wee bit on the warm side right enough! Strong winds causing havoc on the continent, terrible damage with even stacks of containers being blown over.

All calm here at the moment, but it's supposed to be coming our way. I won't be upset if it doesn't!

Luckily we haven't had much wind at all ....for that, thanks to Allah & all other assorted gods ....our hills are a tinderbox and fire we don't need.

Needless to say, the heat is causing chaos with all the sporting events...tennis and cycling and very hot days don't actually go well together.
