lucky you am so jealous - my favourite used to be chicken balls and special fried rice - would take the chicken out of the balls and stuff the rice into the empty balls then dip them in sweet n sour sauce.

I love spring rolls. Prawn toast as well. I've made them all myself but think "they'll deliver in 15 mins so why bother"

I find spring rolls too stodgy but I like summer rolls and they are really healthy/low fat as well.

How does a summer roll differ from a spring roll? I have never heard of them.

Summer rolls are made from rice pancakes and filled with prawns, shredded courgette, carrot or whatever you like. You can dip them into a soy dip. They don't last very long after you have made them and when you store them, they can stick together which can cause the outer casing to disintegrate. They are a Vietnamese dish.

I ordered a mixed seafood soup, crispy spiced mushrooms and king prawn chow mein. There isn't much left :-)
