Making Fancy Butter

What can I add to garlic butter to make it more interesting to go on steak?

I have an epicurean collection of spices and herbs so please suggest away.

I didn't have any anchovies or dill, but I'd got all the others. Didn't take long to knock up.

I made myself verrrry ill on Pernod years ago...and have never touched it since..even the thought of the smell.......
