I bought a Chicken & Stuffing Dinner. Chef's Cuisine ~ Co Monaghan company.
I popped it in to the Freezer and several hours later (it had frozen by this time)
I read the instruction and notice it did not state if it was suitable for home freezing,
so I took it from the Freezer and put it in the fridge BUT now I don't know if it would
be safe enough to Eat ~ I have a dodgy stomach, don't eat well, just a picky eater.
The do not freeze things are usually because there is something in it that doesn't freeze well like raw mushroom for instance. I don't believe it would hurt you but you may not fancy it if you are a picky eater.
They are usually suitable for home freezing. What do the cooking instruction say. If it's suitable for freezing it usually gives instructions on how to cook from chilled or frozen.
It does not state if it is suitable for home freezing, cooking instruction states microwave (800w) for 6 minutes ~ allow to stand for 1 minute.
I went with ZM and binned it, thought it better to be safe, I have enough medical problems lol.
Thank you all.
Hope you have a lovely evening.
