Bone Marrow Burger

They are raving about these in M&S - would you eat them. I mean is bone marrow blood - just like black pudding.

no bone marrow isn't blood, its bone marrow. The burgers are really really good

I'd certainly eat them, we always used marrow bones in stews etc to enrich flavour.

It was a real treat to use the handle of a teaspoon to scoop out the marrow from a lamb or beef joint when I was a kid.

I tried them...not a burger fan though. They are very, very meaty. I struggled to eat it all...but they are good value for what they are. No nasty stuff in them, and marrow is said to have many health benefits.

Due to my Cancer I've had my bone marrow taken out, cleaned and put back in, so can't get my head around bone marrow burgers!!! Yuck!!!

sorry to hear that Sillie - I did think the same as my friend got bone marrow removed and told me it was so painful

however on a lighter note - the burgers were very flavoursome in fact the most flavoured burger I have ever tasted. No I only bought the two
