No, you didn't, Jordy. You didn't have to drink it.
Bald Eagle is a wonderful IPA and at 6.9% it hits the spot quickly.

If you bought from cask, you should have taken it back if it was off.
;0)
There's only one beer in Todders??

Poor do.
Yes he did. For good forms sake, if nothing else. :-)

Why would one drink a pint of flat, tasteless beer? I would have taken it back.

Anyway, surely they have other beers?
// The Bald Eagle is bittered with Columbus with Citra and Mosaic being used as Aroma hops. Beautiful hoppy citrus aroma with fruit and flavour balanced by Marris Otter and Munich Base with some Crystal Malt. //

It certainly shouldn’t be tasteless. I had a pint last December and it was pretty good.

Not had the bottled version, but it should not have been flat.
Probably been self bottled (small breweries do that) and they may not have done it right.
Eagle Grag Brewery is only 18 months old, so they may be still experimenting.
Spath,
// "flat and no head" - Sounds like an IPA to me //

Not sure what IPA you have been drinking, but it shouldn’t be flat.
Thornbridge Jaipur is the one for me. Only problem is its 5.9 per cent.

Jodyboy,
You son should have brought you a bottle of Orange County IPA (or even better, Hopster) from Manchester Brewery Tweed.
