Asda £16.00
Sainsbury's £16.00
Tesco £16.00
Morrison's £16.00

Aldi - No brandy/cognac listed
Lidl - No 1 litre bottles listed

Think ASDA will be about the cheapest per litre, depends on how late you can wait till you need it. Prices will probably fall the closer it gets to Christmas.

I doubt that. Most seasonal items shoot UP in price just before Christmas. For example, I always buy lots of tubs of Roses choccies for the staff at my local launderette, etc. Every year, without fail, they're priced at £4 (or even 2 for £7) from early November onwards but they're always priced at £5 just before Christmas itself.

Sometimes the cheapest isn't the best buy. Some have a distinct whiff of turpentine about them.

Aldi 70cl tonneau brandy £10.49 its really good value and a good taste
