Nut Roast

Hi, can anyone donate a tasty nut roast recipe they use for my roast on Sunday, preferably using red lentils and walnuts. It's for a veggie friend who's visiting and I want to make an effort!

I've looked on the net but I'd like recipe's which people actually use and like so I don't get it too wrong.
