"two plain digestives sandwiched together with lemon curd"

God! That sounds like heaven.

I like dunking malted milk (cow biscuits, in this house), and custard creams.

Biccie of choice, Border's Chocolate and Ginger.
Only chocolate digestives for me
I've just realised I've not had a malted milk or shortbread biscuit for ages

Just so happens we are doing grocery shopping a bit later today
Malted milk in this house are always “moo cows”.

The only biscuit I would ever dunk is a ginger nut-simply because I need them sorted to be able to bite into!
Lemon Puffs - difficult to find these days.
Morrisons do them but they are not glazed as well or as flaky as the ones I remember from yesteryore.
Rocky hadn't realised haven't had lemon curd for ages let alone lemon curd cheese cake, must get some in.
I Can't say I've dunked a Malted milk... (Although tempted to buy some when I bob down to tesco this aft) But Ginger-nuts for me. In a hot coffee is awesome.
I think the ultimate dunkers are some farm made oaty crunchy things sold on Skipton market called 'Yorkshire Crunch'. When they go in your cuppa they start to melt and you can taste syrup and butter other lusciousness.
They are good undunked too.
I usually dunk a digestive. Just the one...
I've just been and got me some digestives and lemon curd.....

two rich teas with nutella sandwiched
Border chocolate ginger biscuits. Their lemon drizzle biscuits aew also delicious but not for dunking!
If anyone fancies a life changing thrill when dunking a biscuit try this ..
Get yourself a Penguin and break it in half ..
Bite one chocolate coated end off and put it to one side..
Place the biscuit between your teeth and hold it , dont bite..
Then using your biscuit like a straw .. suck your tea or coffee through it quickly..
Draw the biscuit into your mouth and hold it on your tongue and wait for the chocolate explosion.

It will be the best thrill that most of you will experience over the weekend.
