Roasted garlic mushrooms or creamy garlic mushrooms
Chop the mushrooms fine, all of them if you like, In a pan with a little bit of cider. When most of the cider has been boiled off, add some double cream and a wee bit of black pepper, goes well with a steak and chips.
Add the garlic.
Mix the grated cheddar cheese with garlic, chilli and any herbs that you have and then a few turns ofcracked black pepper.

Remove stems from the mushrooms and stuff caps with cheese and place on a baking pan.Brush with melted butter and place in your 200°C oven for approximately 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.

Stilton can also be used but don't add any salt as it has enough in it, so you could do one of each on the plate?
Another good one!
