Marmalade till the cows come home, nothing much else particularly interests me (I will take honey or jam as a reluctant alternative as long as it's not blackcurrant!).

I prefer conserves to the actual fruits for some reason. I find apricots not as juciy as i'd wish... Unlike a peach or plum. Maybe i've never had a good apricot.

Mine were dried but nice and soft.
