Thursday. It's late for me. the longest sleep I've had for many years. I could get used to this!
Some high cloud about, but looking like a good day.
I spent a lot of time yesterday refilling the bird feeders, the hungry little fellas were scoffing it as fast as I could refill them. I love watching them. After the usual running around I spent most of the day sitting out the back with my e reader in the sunshine, did lunch on the gas barbie and enjoyed a rather nice bottle of red. Most enjoyable.
What's on for today I have no idea, nothing on the calendar, so may repeat yesterday.
Good morning all, had a very refreshing 8.5 hours sleep as I had a badly interrupted one the previous night with Lola my Cockapoo having an upset tummy,so fresh as a daisy this morning
Morning all, bit of light cloud cover at the moment - things due to go downhill later with this little tempest starting to brew up later.....It's scuppered the Boardmasters in Newquay and Falmouth week preparations are being hindered by it.
we're under yellow warning for rain tomorrow and then a second one for wind on Saturday. For Newquay, it's gusting over 50 and if they had all the campers staying on the cliffs above the BoardMasters, they felt there was a distinct possibility of them being catapulted over to Deauville.
