Chillis And Peppers

I have grown a few (okay a lot) of chillies and peppers.Problem is what can I do with them now? Is it possible to dry them or freeze them? Thanks

If you want to freeze them it is better to chop them finely first otherwise they go soggy when thawed out.

I find they go soggy anyway. The taste is there but not the texture so I use them in hot dishes.

Dehydrate them, then keep in an air sealed jar.

I have two bags of frozen finely diced chilli peppers in my freezer and they do not go soggy.

You could pickle them.
