We’ve just had fish fingers, peas and a box of very thin fries for our evening meal. It was very nice and very easy to cook and eat. I just thought I’d share that with those who are interested, and even those who aren’t.

Beans and fish are a bit iffy, maybe with fish fingers but not plain fish perhaps? Personal choice of course.
Birds eye frozen petite pois mamylynne, far superior. Although I do enjoy a mushy pea if I’m in the mood.
Err, yes, sorry, definitely a glass or two of some sublime fruit of the vine, fermented and bottled.

Just boiling up 3 bags of broad beans (frozen). They are going in the processor with olive oil ,dried oregano and loads of olive oil and about 12 cloves of large IoW Farm garlic. That lot will be pureed and going with frozen sweet potato wedges and frozen battered haddock. Keeping it simple tonight. Washed down with vina de sol.
