Pasta think I asked this before but can’t find it.
Whenever I got to Vegas they serve blue cheese dip and I love it despite hating blue cheese.
Do you have a recipe? The ones I have found on the internet are really cheesy.

It's almost certainly the type of blue cheese used that makes the difference. So, if you find a recipe that uses Stilton, simply replace it with Danish Blue or Gorgonzola. That will result in a far milder dip.
RR...I admit that with things like that, I just *wing* it. I just throw in what tastes good to me...I'd probably use the stinkiest blue I could find also...though Danish is most common. That's probably due to it being the blue of choice...at least when I lived there.
