We’re having crab, crayfish and chilli stuffed pasta with a watercress and softened leek sauce. Not had any of it before but am hopeful it’ll be nice.

Hope your beef is good Vagus, I went to Tesco last week for some stewing beef and the stuff they had on the shelves wasn't as good as some I give to the dogs, just gristle and connective tissue.
Ended up using some lamb steak that had just been reduced.

It was described as low fat British cubed beef, I think we bought it originally for some fancy recipe to do around Christmas and never got round to it.
