Sweet Potato Chips

Love ‘em, but only if we make them, the frozen ones I can take or leave. We both really like sweet potatoes though.

I sometimes do wedges seasoned with paprika, not often though.

Very good if you make them yourself - cut into wedges tossed in oil and spices.

I love them, hubby hates them and hates them not chipped as well. But he doesn't notice when I sneak them into casseroles and stews.

They're ok, but not a patch on the real thing.
That stated, few of the real thing seem crispy enough these days.

As others have said, only home made ones. We also do the little square roastie things, name eludes me. OH made sweet potato and chilli soup tonight.

Hard to describe, Tony, more like swede and parsnips to potatoes.

Sweet potatoes are softer. They cook very quickly. Bake one and see, I like them.
