My daughter has grown loads of marigolds from seed, and we are going to plant them out today. The salvia seedlings are coming on nicely as well.

We have blue tits nesting in our box, blackbirds nesting in a shrub and robins nesting in the ivy. I'm very happy with that.

going to have another go with my hulahoop I managed 4 turns yesterday ,things can only improve I use to be so good at this ,mr mally said the reason i'm not now is I have no waist .if nothing else it gives the neighbours a good laugh x

Been watching the male blackbird stuffing his face this morning and then filling his beak with food and flying off with it to the nest, really made me smile.

Tilly I envy people and their love of birds, I’m terrified of them although I love to see a robin sitting on my garden fence, we are plagued here with Magpies ( shudder)

I have just made protein flapjacks and a batch of jambons I have also walked the dogs and will be doing a bike ride later, before planting some flower seeds in pots

Perhaps I haves spelt it wrong but they are puff pastry with bechamel sauce ham and cheese and we eat them over here for a late dirty breakfast

My daughter lives across the road from us. She is making a roast beef dinner later and then sending the grandchildren over with some for us. They will leave it on the wall outside our door for us to collect. No cooking or thinking about what to cook is a treat.
