It's been a while since I asked ...
... but what's tickling your tonsils tonight?
Chez SD we are having free-range chicken leftovers in a spicy butter sauce - with a few chopped leeks and scallions chucked in for luck.
Peshwari naan and chango mutney on the side and a bottle of Porta 6 Reserve for lubrication.

A layer of cream-corn and peas followed by a layer of smashed canned corned beef flavoured with Worchester sauce, Jamaican all-spice, and a little ketchup followed by layer of thinly sliced Bermuda onions and topped with a layer of tasty mashed potatoes. Cook at 400F for 20 minutes, top with a generous layer of shredded Cheddar cheese, and cook for another 10 minutes.
