Misleading Bread Information White Vs Browne

We were always been told that brown bread is far better for you than white bread I've noticed myself gaining a lot of weight recently around my belly area this is probably due to eating around 6 rounds of white bread per day so I have now went on to wholemeal bread so I googled wholemeal bread yesterday and found it had 67 calories per slice whilst white bread had only 32 calories per slice
so which is the healthiest bread I need to lose weight I'm trying to stop also potatoes trying to stick to Rice but I absolutely hate brown rice.

I mention this because it's often the "easiest" step to weight loss, to not sacrifice the stuff you like but to try to have less of it, because that way you're still enjoying the food rather than feeling you have to abandon everything you enjoyed. Or at least, I think it's probably one of the easier steps.
As to the healthiest bread type, it may depend a lot on what you are looking for in "health". I'd say that one of the primary considerations should be to ensure that you have a high fibre content in the diet. That tends to mean:
(a) wholegrain;
(b) unrefined;
(c) relatively few ingredients.
If you reduce the calorie count elsewhere, taking the hit of an extra few calories from a slice of bread would be worth it if you're getting the fibre you need.
Finally, you may wish to check out either Ezekiel bread or sourdough bread.

My wife was diagnosed as diabetic and advised to review her diet. The first thing we did was to buy smaller plates and stop eating a cake after lunch and/or the evening meal. In less than a year, I had lost over 35lbs and my wife over 25. We were brought up during the war so were always encouraged to "clear our plates" so the secret is to put less on to start with. Basically you need to look at your eating habits.
I was surprised to see sourdough recommended as healthy for a similar reason, woofgang, but I assume that the ease of digestion means that you get more useful stuff out of it than an equivalent white loaf.
I don't think that calorie count should be the only concern when deciding what to eat, so presumably the benefits of sourdough outweigh any calorie costs.

I have suffered from bulimia nervosa for around 5 years now
I am sick on average 20 times per day but usually 30 times per day
so I'm trying to leave bits on the plate and try my best just to eat what makes me full but it's all in my head I cannot stop eating then being sick I'm even drinking water which I hate along with my food to make me food but then my brains telling me I like to fool and I must be sick or if I eat something sweet or fattening I will be sick after it because of absolutely turns me to think the that fat is lying in my stomach
