'Sausages' And 'Burgers'

I understand that a meat organisation is objecting to the use of terms such as 'vegetarian sausages' and 'vegeburgers', feeling that they may mislead some people. Does anybody here think that such terms are misleading or liable to lead to bad dietary choices?

So long as they make it clear they can call it what they like although I do agree it seems odd that they try to make them like meat.

Cauliflower, like its cousin broccoli, needs cooking properly. Overcook it and you might as well follow Dr Johnson's cucumber advice (chuck it away).

I generally steam my fresh veg. Easier to get it right.

I also love cauliflower. I made a "risotto" with cauli rice...or should that be grated cauli?... and mushrooms, topped with camembert. Roast cauli is also good.

Oh...and there are now healthier artificial sweeteners like stevia and jackfruit.

Dtevia is usually combined with less healthy ingredients, jackfruit is often used as a meat substitute
