When making Spag Bol with 750g of mince would you use, and how much, Mixed Herbs or use Basil, Oregano and Thyme, separately? TIA

Yep ... I take my shoes and socks off and scatter lego all over the kitchen floor.
Just sat down after 5 hours of batch cooking... Guess what one of the batches was.. Spag Bol !

Using 1 kg of lean mince.
3 coarsely grated onions
2 coarsely grated carrots
2 sticks of celery finely sliced.
750ml of home made veg stock.
3 tbsp of tomato puree
1 kg of San Marzano tomatoes
2 killer chillies..
2 tsp of Basil and
2 tsp of oregano..
1 tsp of paprika.
Every time it comes out different.. But I reckon this is the best one yet !
Better again after freezing Alava. Seems to marinade in the freezer. Needs at least a month.
Have done a curried mince as well.. I would say it is my favourite meal
We know all about it improving in the freezer. Just waiting on it to cool down before bagging it into portions.
