For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.½ cup of risotto rice, pint of full fat milk small tin of evaporated milk, two tablespoons caster sugar, nutmeg, heat the milk to boiling, put rice in slow cooker add milk and sugar stir cook on low setting stirring once after an hour. Then leave cooking for another hour for whitish rice pudding or do what I do and leave it for a total of four hours by which time the milk and sugar have turned to a thick fudgy sauce
