As Chris has quoted, juice is high in sugar. Instead of eating 1 apple, you'll need 3 for a glass. You also won't get all the fiber that you get from a whole piece of fruit.

You'd be better off eating good sources of protein, like an egg or 2. Starchy foods can trigger cravings, and also convert into sugar.
