Hi I am overweight and have heard Juicing helps.Can u reccomend it or any Recipes please.? Thanks.

I recommend eating properly and eat less. Juicing helps as it fills your stomach.

As Chris has quoted, juice is high in sugar. Instead of eating 1 apple, you'll need 3 for a glass. You also won't get all the fiber that you get from a whole piece of fruit.
One thing I don't agree with in the second link...// Basing our meals around other starchy foods such as pasta, rice and potatoes is a good way to keep us feeling fuller for longer. //
You'd be better off eating good sources of protein, like an egg or 2. Starchy foods can trigger cravings, and also convert into sugar.
