Elderflower Cordial Ood 2019

What can I do with an unopened bottle of Elderflower cordial
I’m not likely to want to drink it so does anyone have any other suggestions- household or beauty etc

These cordials are basically sugar in water with extracts of the "base" flavour...so not much use other than for drinking. (I like the elderflower cordial made with cold fizzy water on a hot, summer day).

...oh, just cottoned on to the date. It's probably gone quite dark in colour and probably tastes not-quite-right. Down the drain, unfortunately!

Nice in sponge cakes or custard based desserts.

Like gingejbee just realised date, could try tasting some diluted in water but good chance it is too old now.

I have a M&S pancake mix that just needs water adding I could try that
I suppose I should try it first - wish me luck
