Foods you can’t eat no matter what anyone paid you!! Mine are for a start Brussels sprouts, olives and gherkins!! Bleugh!!

Curry. Coffee. Pizza. Chicken. Bottled water. Fresh fish. All are the main causes of stomach upsets in this country. Well maybe not coffee, but t'others are.

Foods prohibited by my consultant :- Onions,garlic,tomatoes,chocolate,coffee, carbonated drinks,citrus foods plus any fatty or spicy foods.

Hot curries and certain mustard that nearly blows your head off are a no no! I like my curries mild to medium.

Snails, marzipan, salad cream, beetroot to name but a few.

I love olives :o)
