Hi foodie ABers .... I'm making a dessert recipe on Thursday night (prepared beforehand of course!), which is asking for 1 x 11g sachet of gelatin powder. I've not had that wonderful results with the powdered gelatin in the past, much preferring to use sheets. Could anyone please tell me how many sheets to use to replace 11g gelatin powder. Hope you can help, many thanks in advance, cheers, Chox.
