Unusual Sandwich/On Toast Fillings

What is your favourite/unusual sandwich/toast toppers?? My sister likes marmalade on toast with unmelted grated cheddar (yuck). I love sandwich spread sandwiches.

I was just thinking anout Graham crackers the other day. I devoured them by the bucket load as a child.

Aldi sell very nice Brioche Burger Buns - very soft and slightly sweet.

I was experimenting a while back with my 'old school' toastie maker (the type that cuts sarnies into halves and seals them) and squeezed in one of the Aldi buns - crammed with Maasdam Cheese, good quality ham and plenty of Dijon Mustard. The result was the best toastie ever - gness reckons so too, but prefers sliced tomato to mustard.

Boring white sliced filled with a mixture of boursin cheese and crushed plain crisps makes a good toastie too :)

If I am waiting for my tea to cook and I have butter a couple of slices of bread I quite often sprinkle vinegar on them and eat them first.
