First time I’ve made it since I can’t remember when, pasta. Some friends who we’ve not seen in a long time are supposed to be coming for lunch and a boozy afternoon tomorrow but they have a few family issues which may mean they have to cancel at short notice. So we’d eat some of it ourselves and the rest will go in the freezer.
Never thought of serving grated cheese with it..
Like Pasta, I put loads of cheese on top of my chilli. That, and the rice, is usually all I bother with but, by chance, I added tortilla chips to my shopping list for the first time in years just last night. (They'll probably get used for a baked chilli dish though, possibly with pasta spirals in it).
