My mom is a teacher at a school and sometimes on the weekends she goes and paints the walls and doors and things like that when they need painting. I went and helped for a couple days a couple months ago. I spotted mold in several locations. Pretty extensive. I told my mom and she said she would tell the head custodian. He wasn't there that day as it was his day off. I asked my mom yesterday if she told the head custodian about the mold. She said "what mold? Where?" I told her again and she said she will tell the head custodian but I just have to remind her. Should I just leave it up to my mom and the head custodian? What should I do? I dont want the children getting sick.

Welcome to twenty questions Cindy - good luck.
This is a UK site; how you go about reporting your problem will depend on how it's done in your country.
It's the head custodian's responsibility Cindy, not yours.
You’ve told your mother and the custodian. Leave it at that.
