Roast chicken thigh, steamed spinach, kale, and celery, mashed potato.

The potato, spinach and kale are fresh from my garden.
I may have a bit of champ with a pork sausage and bacon. Had a mcDonalds on Monday (rotten) - lovely battered fish last night. So home cooked tonight.
Home made chicken soup. Packed with veggies & Romano beans.

I bet the spinach and kale from your garden are delicious, Canary. I love my greens, buy I'm not mad on celery.

I'm making a chicken soup later, Sharon. I'll portion it up and freeze it. I've got 3 bags of fresh chillies to go in it :-)
Salmon, mixed grains (popular, aren't they?), green beans and baby sweetcorn.
Chocolate and sour cherry trifle (Waitrose)...very moreish!

That's an idea, chelle. I've got loads of sausages.

I love salmon, Ginge. I have never had it with grains though.
Roast chicken, saute garlic potatoes, peas, pak choi and carrots. Mr Pat busy cooking it now. Probably yoghurt and fruit to follow and my nightly 2 squares of dark chocolate. Then a cuppa tea.

I'm having pan fried miso cod and shell-on red shrimp.
Lottie...theres nothing naughty about 2 squares of dark chocolate...lindt? I'll be having some also.
lasagne here with lashings of roasted toms on the side, a couple of glasses of a wee Fleurie with it.
Good old mince and dumplings with mustard mash ,carrots and peas
