My partner and I have decided to do without the stress of cooking Christmas lunch and have decided to get an Indian take-away on Christmas Eve and reheat it on 25 December, followed by posh ice cream.Yum!

I agree, you are not meant to. But I do it all the time and Mr BM is still alive ;)
My Christmas lunch will be stress free. Most of it will be prepared in advance and stuck in the freezer (already have a lot done). My sister and sister in law will be bringing quite a bit and will be coming early to help, but it is just a roast after all.
No doubt we'll open the fizz about 11 and by 1 no one will care anyway.
