I know that Cilla did an advertising campaign for Cadbury but did I dream it in one of the adverts did she say something like "stuff a bit if chocolate in your gob" (I find it a bit unlikely) or was it comedy / skit at her from a Cilla impressionist?

just watched 2 adverts she did for cadburys and she didn't say that in either .just google Cilla Black cadbury chocolate advert .

I know Cilla in one Cadbury ad sings "put a chunk in your cheek"
