I don't see why not if its only a day old. It'll just loosen up if congealed.

I think you'll be safe unless its luminous green and has life forms deciding to exist crawling from it. Yeah you should be safe.

curry in oven is the done thing i thought

i did it in the oven it went well so it was like a blob and then after the oven it was like a really hot blob but i slowly stirred some water in to it to make it thinner and it ended up really nice
Chip shop curry sauce is pretty much just like gravy granules so it would be a bit like reheating gravy.
god it is a few days now
spread it on toast and call it spicy lard
eat up!
