Home-made sausage roll with stilton, parsley and chopped walnuts added to the meat
and several coffees. Don't normally do breakfast but these were left over from yesterday's baking so filled a gap whilst doing crosswords. Roast chicken and loads of vegetables for later - first proper meal since the heat wave so looking forward to it.
I'm impressed, some of you are such healthy eaters. I had a fruit scone wit raspberry jam because it needed eating but normally it would be a slice of toast with golden syrup.
