indian all the way, chinese i find is way to salty, and makes my heart race because of it specially chowmein and there version of curry sauce.

Oh poor you. I get it sometimes. Looking back, I think it was stress that caused mine the last time. It lasted on and off for nearly 2 months. I was talking to a lady about 6 months ago who suffers bad with this at times. She paid a lot of money to see some kind of Chinese specialist/ herbalist, who recommend eating plain yoghurt and honey mixed together, as it is a good antibacteria ( something like that:-)
Anyway, best have the Chinese then? Hope you feel better soon.x
I love a Chinese curry and fancy one now but just taken a pizza out the oven. I'd go with Chinese :o)

We had some major *** go down at work today, which is what caused it. I didn't come through it unscathed but there are others worse affected than me, including my closest pal who doesn't even know yet because she's off work (her grandson has sepsis).

I'll let OH decide, but if we have Indian I might go for something milder than usual.

I'd go for curry or something in blackbean sauce and plain rice. And hot and sour soup for starters.
