Not at all in my case - enough salt naturally without adding any.
After - except for spuds which just taste 'wrong' if there's no salt in the small amount of cooking water you need to nuke them.

We know the health risks but we love salty food. Agree that potatoes don't taste the same when salt is added after cooking.
Neither except for potatoes where I use a little for cooking. Chips are the only thing I put salt on. We don't have salt and pepper pots.
Salt is essential in hot weather Canary. Not everything is bad about salt. Hubby makes a fabulous salad dressing using salt amongst other things. I don't like salad without dressing.
After.
Salt can be a demon if you eat a lot of processed foods, which are full of it. But if you cook from fresh, a small amount is unlikely to be harmful.
I'll add a pinch after cooking.
I don't put salt on anything apart from a bit of Losalt on chips.
