It's the only vehicle suitable for a generous spreading of Marmite & peanut butter. With hot tea or cold milk - bite, chew, gulp, sloosh, swallow :-)

Plenty of butter, after toasting slap some cheese (grated or otherwise)
in the ooooh in the microwave for thirty seconds... that's where bob's your auntie

It's got to be cold salted butter...avocado or homemade pate, for lunch...or pumpkin seed butter.
I don't do jam.
Sardines on toast is a favourite of mine but that takes a bit of effort.
Ooh sardines, droooool...

Pasta - you can keep your avocado, sorry, does nothing for me at all.
