That sounds nice, LCG!
I've only just finished my lunch, which was one of my 'cheap but lovely' concoctions:
80g of mince, defrosted in the microwave and then browned in a little hot vegetable oil in a frying pan. Then a third of a can of baked beans thrown in, along with about a third-of-a-mug-full of gravy., together with a generous dash of hot chilli powder. Simmered for 15 minutes and then simply served with a couple of thick slices of bread. It probably sounds revolting but I can assure you that it's actually a lovely, warming meal, costing not much more than 60p!
Dinner this evening might be something like a pie from my freezer (cooked, of course!), served simply with a well-buttered jacket potato. If I feel as tired as I did last night though, I might just eat the half of a can of luncheon meat that I've got left over from a similar 'meal' yesterday!
For desserts (since I've not had my lunchtime one yet), I've got one of these left in my fridge

and I'll probably buy some more when I go shopping later on. (Nearly all of the major supermarkets seem to be selling them at 4 for £3 at the moment).

Kvarg ( = Quark) is different to Skyr, Lcg.

It's technically a cheese, being somewhere between cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. (i.e. it's thick!). It's a zero-fat, high protein product from Sweden. Just like yogurt, you can buy it in a range of flavours

but I like the vanilla one best.
