Somerfield stuffed duck

I have bought a Somerfield So Good stuffed duck with stuffing and apricots and stupidly thrown away the cooking times etc. .It weighs just over 3 lbs please help and thanks in advance. Three Somerfields have run out so cant even go to a shop to look at a label and its for tonight - HELP

I would say about 2 and a half hours max. Keep basting every 45mins and keep and eye. Go for 2 and a quarter hours to be safe.

I'm not a chef lulu but I would say that sunflowers answer is a bit much, if you are cooking on gas mark 6 I would say one and a half hours, but check, take it out and stab it now and then until the juices run clear.
