I work lots of evenings so this is what my schedule will seem like for the most part which is work 4 days a week 5pm-11pm and 1 day 1pm-9pm. I also will be starting to workout around 10am 5 to 6 days a week for 2 hours at a time. Here is what I am thinking for meal times. You can tell me anything you like as I would love your opinion on what you would do if you were in my same boat. Nights at work are normally to busy to eat on shift.

I know I have quite a gap between lunch and dinner some days as I will be working in between those times and normally have no time for eating at work while working in a restaurant
