Chargrilled Vegetable Pasta Bake

Ready made by M&S for us tonight. If you’re looking for a quick easy meal then try this, it’s packed full of veg, really tasty, and relatively healthy. Oven cook or microwave.
Whenever we’re away from home we have one of these, possibly a glass of wine too.

I've just had black bean spaghetti with an anchovy, garlic, tomato and mascarpone sauce...compliments of Nigella.

Homemade chicken Balti, here with rice and naan. Tonight's twist was to bung butternut squash, spinach and banana in. My Good Lady is the chef, I just do all the prepping, clearing away, etc. T'was excellent.

Just bought a Sainsbury’s paella to have tomorrow, makes life so much easier when you’re in a rental place using a kitchen which lacks many items, and gives me a break from cooking. We’ve had this paella before and it’s very acceptable.
