We just had a very mediocre paella which has stunk the place out :( and some garlic bread. Followed by a raspberry magnum. I’d love a roast chicken dinner though.

david, good luck with your diet.
Hiya Red, sounds like you have been busy, enjoy!
Slice of Pizza and salad Greek yoghurt and maybe some berries if I can be bothered to defrost some. Haven't had breakfast yet, so a blt comes before that.
Not started yet but it’s not a difficult dinner, plus it’s dinner for Monday and Tuesday too (it’s a rather large chicken)
I was thinking of making a frittata, but I'm partway through a semi big clean of the kitchen...and I'm not sure I'll be wanting to mess it up. Maybe I'll have a rummage in the freezer.
Or I'll head over to Reds...seeing as how she's got a huge chicken on the go. ;)
Flat white. :-)

along with broccoli and red cabbage sprouted seeds. Just planted out my runner beans.

Plenty of cucumbers in Birmingham,

Tend to have salad most days as it's easier than prepping veg for cooking
Home-made beef patties (must get on with them actually), baby new potatoes and a melange of fried bell peppers and red onions.
