Mulled wine?

I made mulled wine on xmas day and it is still sitting on my stove!! Is it okay to drink now do you think- 5 days later?

Hello Scarlett - I guess the criteria is "Taste & See". I'm sure that if you'd bottled it up when cool and stored it in your fridge it would have been drinkable. If it's been covered during this time it might still be OK but I wouldn't risk serving it to friends if you're entertaining tonight, just in case it gives them the trots or something ! Happy New Year.
