Nuts And Confusing Nutritional Advice
6 Answers
Could someone please explain why we're told that nuts (natural/unsalted/unflavoured)are a healthy snack, despite being rated as very high in saturated fats/oils, on the packaging. I've drastically changed my diet recently, due to high cholesterol and (thankfully!) love fruit, vegetables, oats, nuts, etc., but am confused by the fat content on the labels! What amount is healthy, if any?
Thanks.
Thanks.
