you cannot buy it and it is made to a harvester secret recipe, my father in law asks EVERY time we go to harvester!

Haven't come across it, but could it be a mixture of mayonnaise, yoghourt and chilli powder blended together?

We went to several Agricultural Shows back in the summer where there were a couple of food exhibotrs selling packets of herb & spice mixtures for making up dips and salad dressings. Basically you take 1 heaped teaspoon of the chosen mixture, add to 200ml of mayonnaise, yoghurt, fromage-frais or similar and stir in. They're delicious as dips or dressings on salads, jacket potatoes, etc.

I've checked my storecupboard. The two companies are DW Enterprises, 1 Albany Street, Newton Abbot, www.dwdips.co.uk. The other company is Dartmouth Dips, Victoria Road, Dartmouth, Devon.

If you contact them, they might be able to help you reproduce something similar.
