I'm not normally tickle tummed but this has done it for me - the email header from Waitrose

I love salmon but can only enjoy sweet mousse, such as fruity ones.

mind you, i have never eaten salmon mousse, so i dont know what im missing out on.  Like you, i feel mousses should be strwberry or chocolate flavour!

I thought it looked OK,  it's only a bit of salmon mousse with edible gold spray on it.  I will not be buying it though.  

I'll probably buy a side of salmon and cure it myself which will be much tastier.

I'd buy it for the novelty value. Just wondering how big it is and would it make an impact on the table amongst all the other bits and bobs?
