No Stars For Starbucks
Out shopping yesterday we nipped into Starbucks for a quick sandwich and cup of tea. We were presented with bread rolls containing luke-warm lightly cooked bacon, yukky inedible soft fat and all, flimsy little wooden knives to cut them with, grotesquely thick china mini-buckets of warm water (quantity over quality?) containing tea bags. the result of which turned the water a very unappetising shade of grey, and a little paper cup of milk. We didn’t expect fine dining but that was a truly ghastly experience. Never before and never again.
Does anyone actually like Starbucks?

The best course of action is your feet and wallet/ purse. Its taken for granted now that they can serve up any old rubbish and get away with it, especially this time of year.
There are a couple of reasons I like Starbucks..
They serve the coffee in tall mugs rather than those large, wide, basin type cups which slop the coffee everywhere and you can't hold properly.
The coffee is always hot, unlike many places where it's just about lukewarm but they swear it's the right temperature.
The lattes tastes nice, a good balance of coffee and milk, and they'll give you an extra shot if you ask.
McDonalds are pretty good for coffee, I agree.
